Disclaimer
This page explains our responsibilities and the limits of our liability for the websites we build and deliver.
1. Our role as your web partner
Thinknex Digital Solutions provides web design, development, and digital services to support your business goals. We build, hand over, and support websites based on the agreed project scope. After delivery, each client assumes responsibility for how the website is used.
2. Client responsibility and lawful use
You agree that it is your responsibility to use the website in a lawful and ethical manner. You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in your country and any country where your website operates.
You are responsible for obtaining any business licenses, permits, approvals, or registrations required for your website, products, services, or online activities.
3. No liability for misuse
Thinknex Digital Solutions is not responsible for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical use of a website after it has been delivered. If a client chooses to use the website for scam activity, copyright infringement, privacy violations, or any unlawful purpose, Thinknex is not liable for those actions.
Our work ends when the website is completed and handed over. Any decisions made by the client after handover are outside our control.
4. No guarantees for content or actions
While we aim to create secure and professional websites, we do not guarantee that a website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or immune to misuse. We do not warrant the compliance or behavior of any website owner, operator, or visitor.
5. Refunds and ongoing services
Once project work has commenced, refunds are not guaranteed. Thinknex invests time, effort, and resources into planning, development, and delivery, so any refund request will be evaluated in line with the agreed contract terms.
Ongoing support, website maintenance, content updates, and feature enhancements are not included by default unless they are explicitly agreed in writing as part of the project scope or a separate support agreement.
6. Third-party services and obligations
Clients are responsible for any third-party services used on their website, including hosting, payment gateways, marketing tools, legal policies, and content distribution services. Thinknex does not control or endorse third-party services, and we are not liable for their performance or compliance.
7. Agreement to this disclaimer
By using Thinknex Digital Solutions services, you agree to this disclaimer and accept that Thinknex is not responsible for your website’s content, operations, or any unlawful activities after project completion.
This Disclaimer is intended to protect Thinknex from legal liability and to make clear that clients are fully responsible for how they use their website.
